Vera in Milano on instant film

Let me tell you today about a very different photoshoot I had at the end of October. The location was the magnificent streets of Milano, near the fabulous architectural masterpiece of Duomo de Milano. But not only this was different for me - I took all these images on Instant film. Instant film is a type of photography film that was introduced by Polaroid in 1972. It is a type of film that produces a visible image without minutes of the photograph’s exposure. The film contains the chemicals needed for developing and fixing photographs, and the camera exposes and initiates the developing process after a photo has been taken.

Vera is wearing very structural dress by the New York’s brand Khaite. I took the photographs on a very interesting and different instant camera produced by Mint Camera - InstantKon RF70. The camera is fully manual and uses Fujifilm Instax Wide film. The beautiful scans are by the Bulgarian film lab - Filmscan.pro.
